What is ONE?

ONE (Organization for Nonprofit Executives) was created to bring C-Suite nonprofit executives together to network, learn from one another and share experiences unique to their roles.  

ONE events include topics such as:

  • Board Governance
  • Hiring & Retention
  • Employee Benefits & Compensation
  • Human Resources
  • Personal Wellness & Core Values
  • Leadership
  • Coaching & Mentorship
  • Succession Planning & Leadership Transitions
  • Topics on IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility)
  • Development & Fundraising
  • And More…

Approximately 10-11 workshops and roundtables are held annually:

  • In-person – 8:00am-9:30am (includes 30 minutes of peer networking and breakfast)
  • Virtual – 8:30am-9:30am

How can I get involved?

Alliance Members can learn about adding on ONE to your organization’s existing membership by logging into your account and viewing “add-on memberships” under the memberships tab.

If you’re not a ONE member yet, we accept new members year-round! You must already be an Alliance Member to join. Joining is easy! 

C-suite nonprofit executives can add the ONE program to their Alliance membership as an add-on benefit for just $198* annually. This program add-on is required in order to attend these events. The new structure also allows the Alliance to provide this add-on benefit at a significantly reduced rate from what was previously available prior to 2019. 

*$198 price is for members located in Maricopa County, members in all other counties get a discounted rate of $99.
