ESC Arizona Consultant Bios

David Givens

David retired from the position of vice president of strategic planning for Honeywell’s Aerospace Electronic Systems business. Givens is a co-founder of ESCOM and also serves on the ESCOM advisory board. He has provided strategic planning and financial management consulting as an ESCOM consultant.

Paul Rauschelbach

Paul retired from the position of vice president of Technology and Central Technical Operations for Honeywell's Space and Aviation Control business headquartered in Phoenix, AZ in 2000 after a 33 year career with the company. A co-founder of ESCOM, he also serves as the president of ESCOM's advisory board.
