Advocacy by Arizona’s Nonprofits:
It’s Legal, It’s Needed, It’s Easy

Tim Delaney, Esq., President of The Center for Leadership, Ethics & Public Policy, was commissioned by the Wallace Foundation to author this guidebook, toolkit and legal reference for Arizona nonprofits. From the introduction: "For too long myths and misunderstandings have muzzled nonprofits in Arizona and across America, preventing citizens from effectively exercising their First Amendment rights to assemble together to petition their government." Delaney handles the myths and misunderstandings and makes the case that all nonprofits in Arizona have responsibilities as advocates for their communities.

Under special arrangement with the Center, nonprofits can order their own copy of Advocacy for Arizona's Nonprofits from the Alliance for a charge of $5 each. To order your copy, send a request to advocacybook@arizonanonprofits.org.
