About ESC Arizona
The Executive Service Corps Arizona is a program of the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits.
We help nonprofit agencies examine and improve their infrastructure, management, and processes by offering consulting services provided by a team of experienced executives. We are affiliated with the National Executive Service Corps (www.escus.org) which has over 30 other Executive Service Corps organizations in major cities in the U.S.
Our Mission: We are dedicated to providing management consulting, mentoring and technical assistance services to support nonprofit organizations in building capacity for accomplishing their mission. ESC Arizona also offers opportunities for retired executives to share their experiences and give back to the community.
Who We Are: We are retired or current business executives experienced in general management, planning, human resources, communications, finance, and community affairs who have held leadership positions at major companies. Through our involvement in numerous consulting projects, we have accumulated extensive experience in applying our business skills to help nonprofit agencies. We have the varied skills and experience to meet a broad set of nonprofit agency needs.
