How We Would Work Together
Understanding and Planning (at no cost to you):
- You complete a simple two page application and submit it via email or mail.
- We schedule a get-acquainted meeting with you and your staff so that we can understand your challenges and desired outcomes.
- Discuss how we might help. Once we mutually have confidence in what could be accomplished we will proceed.
- The plan is mutually developed and a fee is established. If you approve, we will proceed.
Consultation (Fees apply):
- Consultants meet with you and your staff at your facilities
- We engage your organization in the process: executive director, board, key personnel
- The time frame is typically two to four months
Fee:
Our fee structure is a fraction of the usual cost of a for-profit consulting firm. While our consultants are all volunteers, we have costs for our support staff and operating expenses which the fees help to cover. We charge a modest fee based on a discount from the going market rate and budget size of the nonprofit agency. Our minimum fee is $500. Alliance Members receive an additional 10% discount.
