The Alliance is proud to partner with the Arizona Grantmakers Forum, JUST GRANTS! Arizona, the American Association of Grant Professionals AZ Chapter and American Legion Post #3 to connect you to funding partners in our community.

Scheduled presenters:

• Karen Ortiz, Helios Education Foundation--the largest nonprofit organization serving Arizona and Florida dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals in Arizona and Florida by creating opportunities for success in three key impact areas: Early Childhood Education; the Transition Years (Grades 5 -12); and Postsecondary Scholarships.
• Patricia Miles, McMiles Foundation--a private family foundation whose mission is to promote social justice by supporting programs that use education as a means to empower people with the skills and voice to affect positive change for themselves and society as a whole.  The Foundation focuses its grantmaking in Arizona. (Recent grants were made to ACORN in Phoenix; Border Action Network in Tucson; Coalition of Compassion & Justice in Prescott; Girls for a Change in Phoenix; New Leaf in Mesa; and Valley Interfaith Project in Phoenix.)
